Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are entered into between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 456b ("456b", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://456b.asia. Access to funds and full account functionality may be suspended pending satisfactory completion of age and identity verification. Any account found to be registered by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed, all pending bets voided, and any balance returned in accordance with applicable regulations.

Account Registration

To access the full range of 456b services, you must register a player account. Registration is subject to the following conditions:

Each player may hold only one registered account on the 456b platform. Opening duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 456b reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, forfeit any bonuses claimed across those accounts, and withhold associated balances pending investigation.

456b reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) the player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) fraudulent activity is suspected; (c) the account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more; or (d) regulatory or compliance requirements so demand. Players may also voluntarily close their accounts at any time by contacting 456b support via live chat.

Deposits & Withdrawals

456b supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are credited to your 456b account balance in real time upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. 456b does not charge any processing fee on deposits, however your payment provider may impose its own transaction fees, for which 456b accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–4 hours of submission during normal operating conditions. Withdrawals will only be issued to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used to make a deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. 456b reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request.

456b is committed to maintaining a safe and compliant financial environment. All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. 456b reserves the right to delay, withhold, or refuse any withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect money laundering, fraud, or other financial misconduct. Players may be required to provide source-of-funds documentation in such circumstances. Funds identified as proceeds of criminal activity will be reported to the relevant authorities.

All account balances, transactions, and settlements on the 456b platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform to denote BDT amounts. No currency conversion is applied to BDT transactions.

Bonus & Promotional Terms

456b offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion in addition to these general bonus conditions.

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed identity verification and whose accounts are in good standing.
• Unless otherwise stated, each promotion is limited to one claim per player, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• Bonus funds must be wagered in accordance with the applicable wagering requirement before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be made. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in each promotion's terms.

Gambling Rules & Fair Play

Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages are accurate representations of the expected long-term payout of each game under normal operating conditions. All sports bets, including cricket, football, kabaddi, and hockey markets, are subject to the specific rules published for each sport and market type on the 456b platform. In-play bets are accepted at 456b's discretion. Bets placed after an event's official result has been determined will be voided. 456b's trading and risk management decisions, including the suspension of markets or voiding of bets, are final.

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game or bet, 456b reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts. A malfunction voids all pays and plays in relation to the affected game or event. 456b's determination of the existence and effect of any malfunction is final.

456b reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where: (a) the maximum liability threshold for a market has been reached; (b) the bet was placed in error (e.g., manifestly incorrect odds); or (c) 456b has reasonable grounds to suspect match-fixing, collusion, or other integrity violations.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 456b platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration or verification.
• Accessing or attempting to access the platform from a restricted jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention tool.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings generated through such exploitation are void.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to payment fraud, identity fraud, or chargeback fraud.

Limitation of Liability

456b's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 456b account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

456b makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. You access and use the platform at your own risk.

Privacy & Data

456b's collection, storage, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by the 456b Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at https://456b.asia/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

Amendments to These Terms
